Electropolished Stainless Steel Body A Unique & Improvised Electrochemical Polishing System for Stainless Steel Surfaces:
Electropolishing streamlines the microscope surface of the metal object by removing metal from the objects surface, through an electrochemical process similar to, but the reverse of electroplating.
Electropolishing remove metal from the component surface without mechanical transformation.
Electropolishing eliminates damaged surface layers and allows the original properties of the material to be fully utilized.
Electropolishing system smoothes, polishes, deburrs and cleans the metal surface in an electrolytic bath.
Electropolishing brings out the characteristic properties of the material to full effect.
Electro-Polishing Working System:
The metal part or components of stainless steel are immersed in a liquid media and subjected to direct current. The workpiece is made anodic (+) and stainless steel plate or titanium plate is made cathodic (-). The direct current flows from the anode to the cathode, removing metalions at a controlled rate. The amount of metal removal depends on the specific bath, the temperature, current density and the particulars alloy being electropolishing.
Electropolishing Surfaces Area:
Metallically clean and free from stress.
Smooth and free from microscopic cracks.
Chemically Passive.
Free from burrs, fragments, particles & gas occlusions.
